width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Generalities:<\/h2>\n<p>Our remote trainings are generally delivered in <strong>synchronous<\/strong> mode (live = face-to-face).<br \/>\nWe use preferably the <strong>Digiforma <\/strong>application, or <strong>Zoom<\/strong> in secure mode, that we provide, or <strong>Teams<\/strong> when requested.<br \/>\nWe can, upon your organization&rsquo;s request, also use any other videoconferencing application from your organization allowing for interactivity with the participants and the proper delivery and animation of a participative training.<br \/>\nWe will then be needing to have control <strong>as the session&rsquo;s organizer<\/strong> to have access to all the animation and participants management functionalities.<\/p>\n<p>Our <strong>satisfaction and quality monitoring questionnaires <\/strong>are now carried on in Digiforma.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the training, we may also be required to use\u00a0 <strong>collaborative and interactivity tools<\/strong> such as Kahoot, Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Youtube)&#8230;<br \/>\nPlease tell us about any contraindications from your IT the training to arrange together the methods towards their full participation.<\/p>\n<h2>Participants access to their training:<\/h2>\n<p>An <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">e-mail<\/span> with your invitation and your individual access to your training Extranet will be sent to you <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">8 days before the start of your training<\/span>, and you will be reminded of each online session <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">1 hour before the session opens<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>We invite you to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">check your spam emails<\/span> if applicable.<\/p>\n<p>The link you received is personal and confidential, please keep it for your exclusive use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Below you will find tutorials on how to connect via Teams<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>In case of difficulty<\/strong>, you can contact us to provide you with the necessary support, via the contact details indicated in the invitation and reminder e-mails.<\/p>\n<h2>On the day of your training:<\/h2>\n<p>Participating in remote training requires that you have a <strong>computer<\/strong> (PC or Mac, a smartphone or tablet are not sufficient), equipped with a <strong>microphone and a camera<\/strong> in working conditions, a <strong>sufficiently powerful Internet connection<\/strong> to follow a videoconference.<\/p>\n<p>This also requires that you be in a <strong>quiet workspace<\/strong> (avoid open-spaces or shared spaces), allowing you to express yourself orally, to participate in your training in the best conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Log in around ten minutes before<\/strong> the start of the training via the link provided and reminded to you to test your equipment according to the tutorials above.<\/p>\n<p>Join the training with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">audio from your computer<\/span>, providing your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">first and last name<\/span> when you log in, so we can identify you among the intended participants and admit you to your session.<\/p>\n<p>The training takes place via videoconference with sharing of documents, videos, and possible use of interactive and collaborative applications (see above).
